Your satisfaction is our priority. When you order from us, each product is backed by our 7-day money back guarantee. Some products have their own warranty and this information will be specified on that product details page. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it to us, unused and in the original packaging within 7 days for an exchange or refund; the choice is yours. Return postage is your responsibility; please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.

Shipping

Orders are despatched within 3 working days except where stated. If despatch is going to exceed this time we will let you know.

Smaller items are sent out via first class post. Larger items via a 48 hour service. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us directly and where possible we will try to get the delivery to you as fast as we can.

Post & Packing Rates

Some of our smaller item prices include postage. Where postage is an additional cost this will be added when you click on checkout. All postage costs are charged at cost.
